Welcome to Sanchaybook. By accessing or using our financial tracking and reconciliation platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Use of the Platform

Sanchaybook is a B2B SaaS platform designed to facilitate invoice management, bank reconciliation, and collection tracking. You agree to use the platform strictly for your internal business operations. You must not upload fraudulent invoices, falsified bank statements, or any material that violates regional financial laws.

2. Account Responsibilities

Administrators are responsible for managing roles (Branch Managers, Analysts) and ensuring correct zonal allocations. Sanchaybook relies on these allocations to enforce data isolation. We are not liable for unauthorized data exposure resulting from misconfigured user permissions by your organization's Administrator.

3. Data Integrity and Reconciliations

While our matching engine utilizes intelligent algorithms to suggest invoice-to-statement matches, the final approval of any financial reconciliation lies with your authorized personnel. Sanchaybook is not responsible for accounting errors, tax implications, or financial discrepancies resulting from approved suggestions.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Sanchaybook if you violate these terms, engage in malicious activity against our infrastructure, or fail to pay applicable subscription fees.
